In order to complete your PayPal transaction, you do not need a PayPal account, only a valid credit card. Upon notification of Checkout and Payment of your order, we will ship promptly. We pack securely and ship through the US Postal system. For International orders: We include a US customs form with stated value on the form.  International orders will generally take over ten (10) days to reach you, sometimes longer.
